Returns
Return Policies:
Books, patterns or clothing cannot be returned.
Needles & Tools may only be returned for credit (or replaced if we still have the item) within 30 days in case of manufacturer defect.
Other returns must be in original condition (i.e., not wound into a cake or ball) within 30 days with receipt. You need to arrange and pay for shipping.
