Description
Our retreat includes all food, room (if signed up for a room) and classes. Price is per person. Check in will be on Thursday @4pm and dinner is served from 5-7:30pm.
Buffets are served. Breakfast 7:30-9:00am, Lunch 12:00-1:30pm, Dinner 5:30-7:00pm.
In addition to Marin's classes we will also have classes on.....
Friday
3-5 Crochet Amigurumi with Jean. You can bring some yarn or we have kits available.
Spinning and Weaving demos, try your hand!
Saturday
Brioche w/Roberta 9-11. You will need to bring 2 skeins of Malabrigo Rios, one variegated one solid. Her sample was done with 1 Malabrigo Rios and 1 Berroco Vintage, US 9 needle. We will have some yarn/kits for purchase.
Dyeing w/Anne Marie, all day drop in. Bring a white skein or we will have some for purchase.
Hike and Knit w/Crystal 8-9. Bring whatever you are working on and hike.
Finishing w/Crystal 3-5.
We will leave at 7pm for a private shopping trip to Friends & Fiberworks for those wanting to go.
Gnome Knit A Long all weekend w/Sandy. Bring scrap yarns with appropriate needle size.

Built in 1921, Lake Junaluska’s “stately lady” is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A renovation in 2018 added modern conveniences while preserving the inn’s historic details and atmosphere. Stroll through the gardens to nearby Inspiration Point to watch the sunset over the lake and mountains.
